New representation_competences field on legal representatives in Company Verification
You can now see how each legal representative of a German company is allowed to represent it, as declared in the commercial register.
Each item of legal_representatives now carries a representation_competences field: a list of the representative's powers, such as a sole or joint signing authority or a power of procuration. Note that this information can be null if the representation competence wasn't declared on the register.

representation_competences is always present and can be null:
- for companies registered outside Germany,
- when the register does not declare any power for the representative,
- for verifications created before this release and for anonymized verifications.
Use it to check that the person signing on behalf of a German company is entitled to sign alone, or needs a co-signer.
Nothing changes in the request, and no existing field was removed or renamed.
