Initiate a new Signature and Seal Verification by uploading a PDF document. It verifies the electronic signatures and seals the document holds.

The verification is asynchronous: the Signature and Seal Verification is returned with the pending status,
then poll GET /verifications/signatures_seals/{signatureSealVerificationId} until the status
is verified, failed or inconclusive.

A document that needs a password to be opened is accepted, but its content cannot be read: the
verification ends with the inconclusive status and the SSV_1003 status code.
