The Signature Portal is a centralized web interface that lets external Signers (those without a Youtrust account) view and sign every pending Signature Request from your Organization in one place.

By decoupling the signing interface from individual email notifications, the Portal lets you centralize document management and enable bulk signing for your users.

Why use the Signature Portal

The default flow sends one email per Signature Request. A Signer with fifteen documents to sign receives fifteen emails and signs fifteen times. The Signature Portal replaces that with one link and, for Simple Electronic Signature, one action for up to 300 documents.

Turn fifteen signatures into one. Batch signing covers up to 300 requests in a single action.
Stop losing requests in inboxes. Signers open one link and see everything still pending from your Organization.
Own the communication channel. With delivery_mode set to none, you distribute the link through your own email, SMS, or in-app notification.
Ask nothing of your Signers. Access is via email plus a one-time password, with 3-hour session limits, so there is no account to create.

Before you choose it

How it works for you

Create Signature Requests as usual via the Youtrust API, with delivery_mode set to none to disable automatic email delivery.
Retrieve your unique Signature Portal link directly in the Youtrust app:
1. Go to General settings > Organization > Signature portal link.
2. Copy your unique URL.
Distribute the link through your own communication channels (email, SMS, in-app notification, etc.).

How it works for signers

Receive the portal link through the communication method you chose.
Access the Signature Portal using the link.
Verify their identity:
- Enter the email address that receives Youtrust signature invitations.
- Receive and enter a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) sent to their email.
View every pending Signature Request from your Organization in a single interface.
Select requests to sign:
- Choose individual requests, or select multiple for bulk signing (up to 300).
- Only Simple Electronic Signature requests with matching authentication methods can be signed together.
Session management: Signature Portal sessions are limited to 3 hours for security. If a session expires, Signers can request a new OTP code to continue.

If a robust authentication process is active for your Organization (MFA or SSO), the Signature Portal is not available to its members, to avoid security discrepancies.
